Kids Safety Policy
CrayonTap is designed to be a safe space for children of all ages. We take child safety seriously and have built our platform with protective measures at every level.
No Personal Data Collection
CrayonTap does not collect any personal information from users — children or adults. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, no email fields, and no social logins. Children can use the platform freely without sharing any personal details.
No Advertising
CrayonTap is completely ad-free. There are no banner ads, pop-ups, video ads, or sponsored content. Children will never encounter advertisements, misleading download buttons, or links to external commercial products while using our platform.
No External Links in Content
Coloring pages and the coloring tool contain no outbound links. The only external links on the site are in the footer (social media profiles) and in informational pages. This minimizes the risk of children accidentally navigating away to unsafe content.
Content Moderation
All coloring pages are reviewed before publication to ensure they are age-appropriate. Our editorial guidelines strictly prohibit violent, frightening, or otherwise inappropriate content. We actively monitor and remove any content that does not meet these standards.
Browser-Only Storage
Coloring progress is saved only in the child's browser using local storage. This data never leaves their device — it is not uploaded to any server, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than preserving their artwork for the next visit.
COPPA Compliance
Because CrayonTap does not collect personal information from anyone, we are compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). No parental consent is required because no data is collected, stored, or processed.
Safe Communication
CrayonTap has no chat features, comment sections, forums, or any form of user-to-user communication. Children cannot interact with other users on the platform in any way.
Parental Guidance
While CrayonTap is designed to be safe for unsupervised use, we always recommend that parents and guardians be aware of their children's online activities. If you have any concerns about content or safety, please reach out via our contact page.
Reporting Concerns
If you encounter any content that you believe is inappropriate for children, please contact us immediately. We investigate and act on all reports within 24 hours.
